Summer Week'47 is an international street dance festival that transforms Krefeld into a vibrant hub of urban culture. Over five dynamic days, dancers, artists, and visitors from all around the world gather to celebrate, preserve, and pass on the spirit of street dance.

The festival offers a rich program of workshops, battles, jams, panel talks, theater nights, exhibitions, poetry sessions, and unforgettable parties — creating a unique platform for cultural exchange and artistic innovation.

With over 2,550 participants in 2025 and continuous growth since 2018, Summer Week'47 has become a cornerstone event for the global street dance community. Its strong digital presence through social media and influencers reaches far beyond Germany, connecting dancers and fans across Europe and the world.
